Vcita’s pricing strategy is a little bit different from most other CRM providers. There are two types of plans – Solo and Team – each with a number of tiers. It’s also worth noting that you can’t purchase the CRM separately as it’s a part of the brand’s business management app.

There is a 15-25% discount involved if you choose annual billing at checkout. The discount is the largest for Business and Platinum tiers. The 14-day free trial allows you to access and test all the features of the software. Overall, the pricing strategy is a bit complicated and highly inflexible. However, considering all the information, small teams with up to 5 members can benefit a lot from the software, both features and price-wise.

And yet, it never hurts to have a look at reports at the end of each month, so this is a notable downside. Verdict

Overall, Vcita is a great business management tool. However, because the CRM is an integral part of the software, it doesn’t offer much functionally, unlike some dedicated CRM providers on the market. The absence of reporting features and a visual sales pipeline makes Vcita CRM less competitive. We’d recommend considering Vcita only if you’re a small service provider brand looking to enhance client communications and improve customer service.

Terrific for service businesses
