VuzeVPN isn’t a fully-featured VPN service, but it still provides several important features.
A kill switch is an important privacy feature especially if you want to use your VPN for torrenting, and VuzeVPN includes one in its app. The feature works by blocking all internet connections whenever your VPN connection drops. This helps protect your privacy as your identity won’t be exposed. Note that you need to turn on the feature manually.
IPv6 Leak protection
DNS leaks can easily expose your real identity, and VuzeVPN prevents this by providing a DNS leak protection feature. This feature ensures that all your DNS queries are tunneled through the VPN to the VPN servers.
Although VuzeVPN uses public DNS, your queries won’t be exposed, and they can’t be linked back to you.
5 Simultaneous Connections
VuzeVPN allows up to 5 simultaneous connections. This means that you can secure multiple devices in your household, although the feature is undermined by the fact that you can only use VuzeVPN on Windows.
VuzeVPN isn’t blocked by Netflix, and so you can use it for streaming. However, during our tests, we weren’t able to access US-only Netflix titles. This is most likely due to the DNS servers used by the VPN.
