The Pro plan includes professional web design services, advanced SEO tools, a custom website logo, and more. The VIP plan adds VIP support and priority response.

The enterprise plan is tailored to businesses that need comprehensive website tools and features. Prices range from free for the basic plan to $500/month for the enterprise plan.

Wix has a floating AI chatbot function on each page for easy access. After asking the AI several questions, I was prompted to schedule a call-back with a customer service agent.

Phone Support

After requesting a call-back through the chatbot, I received a call in less than 2 minutes. The agent was helpful and quickly answered my collaboration questions.

Wix has a dedicated forum where users can ask questions, share insights, and post about new updates.

Collaboration

Adding a collaborator was simple via the admin dashboard. I did, however, hit a slight snag attempting to use the collaboration feature in real-time. The Editor would only allow one user on the page at a time. Click the video for details:

Additionally, it provides domain registration and web hosting services. It is truly a one-stop shop for any small business or user who needs a professional website. To date, Wix is my favorite builder.
