Atera allows you to pay per technician. There are three (3) price plans. The product is offered for unlimited agents and devices. Furthermore, there are no onboarding or hidden costs. Below is the description of each price plan.

The Pro price plan starts at $89 per month per technician. For annual payment, you need to pay $79 per month per technician.


The growth price plan is $129 per month and $119 per month for monthly and annual payments respectively. This plan also offers a free trial, unlike the other price plans.


The Power price plan starts at $169 per month per technician. Annual payment costs you $149 per month per technician.

Ease of Use

To use Atera, the first step involves logging in. Typically, you just need to add an email address and password to create your account (see the screenshot below). However, the company highly recommends setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Atera’s Helpdesk and Ticketing system allow you to manage clients with ease and simplicity. Moreover, you can easily connect remotely with ScreenConnect, TeamViewer; Splashtop Remote Access, and Splashtop SOS. Anyone having a basic knowledge of remote desktop tools can use this product easily.

Customer Support

Atera’s Customer Portal is your customers’ personalized and unique support site where they can access knowledge base articles; open tickets and track their status. For “main contacts” only, they can view all company tickets. The Helpdesk Agent allows customers to create a ticket very quickly with a hotkey shortcut.
