I sent a message through the GetResponse live chat and I got a response immediately. It was as though the team member was waiting for me to make a click. Within 4 minutes, I got an explicit solution to my challenge, with resources to match.
The personnel was highly responsive and effective in providing solutions to my challenges. He showed how much he valued my time. However, GetResponse doesn’t send a transcript to your mail automatically, you’ll have to choose that option yourself.

GetResponse only provides phone support for Enterprise clients using custom pricing (i.e. Mid and Large Companies). Every other plan simply relies on other customer support resources to navigate the platform. Although I didn’t use phone support personally (since I’m not an enterprise client), my research showed that GetResponse entertains call-back requests and actively receives customer phone calls, even at odd hours.
