There is currently no indicated plan and pricing structure on Rippling’s website. However, they stated that their payroll services cost as low as $8 per employee per month. You’ll need to request a price quote from them to use the service. And based on their assessment of your business needs, they’ll send you an estimate of what it would cost your business to use their services.

But irrespective of the estimate you receive, you’ll need to purchase the core Rippling Unity alongside the module for each product (Payroll, HR, etc.) you’ll be needing. You get to decide if the software is suitable for your business when you take the software’s 30-minute demo.

Ease of Use

Setting up your account on this software is relatively straightforward. Upon filling in your business’s details, you’ll have to select the service you’ll be using. You can also indicate if you have a payroll account with other brands or previously used third-party software for functions like accounting and HR. A setup guide is also available to help new users navigate the platform.
At this stage, you can easily sync your existing accounts on other software to Rippling for an automated import of your payroll data and tax information. So far, Rippling is the only payroll software that allows users to pick up their payroll processes from where they stopped in third-party software.
Rippling doubles as an HR interface and a PEO platform. For most other software, it is usually difficult and time-consuming to switch between HR and PEO. But it is utterly effortless on Rippling as users can quickly turn on and turn off HR or PEO with a single click. Their business and employee data would be automatically transferred to each platform.
Upon logging into your Rippling dashboard, you’ll be met with a compact interface linked with all the software features. From the dashboard, you’ll be able to navigate the software’s Tools, Payroll and Time, HR, Insurance and Benefits, and IT Cloud Management. There are also app icons leading to the apps you integrate with this software. However, rather than include integrated apps as menu items on the dashboard, Rippling distinguished them as separate apps.
It is even quite a surprise that, given the complexities involved in using Rippling’s payroll functions, they still found a way to fit all that into a mobile application. Rippling’s mobile application runs on Android and iOS and is quite intuitive. However, running pay runs from this mobile app won’t be the easiest thing you would do with this platform.
The mobile app provides employees with a mini-directory from which they can email, text, or call their co-workers on the go. They can also modify their details and view their stubs, W-2s and 1099s.
