The entry-level plan is free for a limited number of users. It allows teams to get access to the core project management tools such as project board, task lists, messages within the app, and milestones to track work.


The first paid plan, known as Deliver, comes in at $10/user/month billed annually and $12.50/user/ for monthly plans. It expands on the Free plan with invoicing and time tracking, support for multiple teams, no limit to the number of client users, forms for data collection, team chat, and a document editor teams can collaborate on.


The Grow plan is $18/month/user when billed annually and $22.5/user month to month. Customers can create custom fields, develop custom workflows, manage teammates’ workloads, handle project budgeting, and access advanced integrations.

Ease of Use

From the beginning, Teamwork has had an emphasis on making the software simple for the end-user to use and reducing friction. Setting up projects or creating tasks takes a minimum number of clicks and the rest of the platform has been thoughtfully put together to prevent confusion.
Even though Teamwork does a great job on its UI, there are still advanced features that take some getting used it. It’s inevitable because the software is expansive and caters to many types of customers. In a nutshell, there’s almost no learning curve for the core features such as setting up projects, creating tasks, assigning those tasks, etc. For the more advanced features, be prepared to dedicate a bit of time to mastering them or training your team.
