During the trial period, you can reach the business consultants for guidance in navigating the platform. This platform has 40+ templates you can access within the first 14 days to create marketing campaigns based on the season and needs.
Beyond creating campaigns, Vcita helps you track customer interactions, view their payment history, and send payment reminders to avoid lateness. It also provides SMS marketing tools designed to facilitate lead generation. However, if you want to keep enjoying these features, you’ll have to upgrade to a paid version.
The pricing is affordable, and you can decide to have it billed annually, which will help you cut costs. Also, the price is influenced by your team size. Most importantly, the email marketing tool is unavailable for the Essentials plan, which is the cheapest.

Although phone support is only available for the essentials plan, it is worth the investment. The Vcita officials are more responsive, eager to help, and ready to help you solve all your problems. You should try this option if you prefer a quicker response to your complaints.
Email Support
Vcita’s email support isn’t exactly one of the most responsive. Usually, businesses provide welcome and onboarding emails to new users but Vcita never sent one my way. For an email marketing software provider, a welcome email and drip campaign should be a vital part of their onboarding process.
However, emailing a customer support representative doesn’t spur a similar result. By sending an email to their official email address, I got queued up and received a comprehensive response to my question in about 24 hours, which is a lot of waiting time, to be honest.

Designing an email campaign using Vcita is straightforward. Once you click on the section you want to edit, you find different options you can select. You can decide to make the text bold, underlined, italicized, or align it in a certain direction.
Another option is to include your specific input field identity in the text to create a more personalized feel. You can also edit the colors to suit your brand and upload an image from your personal gallery to achieve your desired effect. However, there’s no preview feature for you to know how your emails will look on mobile devices except you switch to your phone.
Reporting & Analytics
After you’ve sent the email, Vcita shows you the performance metrics below the email. However, you can click “show stats” to get a more comprehensive view of how customers responded to your email. It shows the number of emails sent, delivered, viewed, and clicked. Beyond that, it also shows the bounce rate, engagement, and spam rate of the emails you send. These analytics offers insights into how your audience responds to the content you produce so you can make adjustments subsequently. More advanced reporting tools are only available with the paid version.

Verdict:
If you’re tired of managing all your business activities with different tools, Vcita is a great fit for you. It allows you to perform seamless marketing activities and easily leverage templates to create campaigns. However, there’s no free version of this software; after your 14 days trial, you need to upgrade to use it. Although the tool is affordable, sometimes 14 days is too short for you to decide whether a tool is perfect for you. Perhaps 30 days of free use would have been great.
However, Vcita is a unique tool that is mobile-friendly and convenient to use. It also improves your relationship with clients and makes handling your payments via email easy. Although most of the features are basic, it still provides a well-rounded solution for business owners to manage their operations effectively. Using the paid plan will give you access to more advanced features.
