ClickUp has done a decent job of making the platform accessible for most people but, it’s incredibly expansive. This can prove problematic when you’re trying to find certain features like a specific view. It seems to have erred on the side of making sure users have everything they could need as opposed to stripping some features for ease of use.

The end result is needing dedicated training and onboarding support to use most of the features in ClickUp effectively.
