The support offered by Deel is quite limited.
I didn’t need to use it so much, however, their main option is 24/7 live online chat. While responsive, the chat option was not easy to find on their website.
If chat isn’t enough for you, there is an option to send a message. I found the process to be annoying and long to have to send a message and wish there was an email address.
The pricing was very clear on their pricing page and had in detail what each plan includes. One thing I appreciated was the detailed FAQ page and videos that can be found on the website. It covers a lot of topics so that hopefully you won’t be confused or need further support.

Verdict:
While there are many similar HR platforms to Deel, this one is more sophisticated. The platform does all the hard work for the employer so that they don’t have to deal with international compliance, regulations, tax forms, invoices, and more. While the pricing plans are affordable, they are on the higher end if you’re paying per employee/contractor. This is a great option for businesses looking to hire freelancers or contractors or build a fully remote team.
