GoToConnect is a completely cloud-based system that can be used on any computer, tablet, or smartphone. In addition, VoIP desk phones, and conference phones can be leveraged within the system. Setup and control (adding or deleting users) is conducted within an online control panel. There is no additional hardware – such as servers and switches – that need to be installed. Setup is easy. For startups and small companies, setup can be done with the help of the online tutorials. For midsize to enterprise companies with compliance concerns and a higher cybersecurity risk, it’s better for an IT specialist to integrate the system.

The ease of set up is great
Their visual Dial Plan editor is the most innovative VoIP feature out there compared to other providers. I was so impressed with Gotoconnect that I signed up even though our contract with the previous vendor was not over.

Love the system
I’ve been using Gotoconnect for 6 years and it’s an absolutely amazing service. It’s not a plug and play like some VoIP systems, you need to set it up, but that’s why it’s so great with tons of features and possibilities.
