Once you include the necessary details, Hubspot is quick to provide accurate and explicit reports that cut across different performance metrics that are essential to the success of your business.

Automation

Hubspot also boasts powerful automation features that help you avoid repetitive tasks. Since Hubspot is a digital marketing hub, it allows you to automate marketing tasks, sales pipeline, and emails and even provides updated forecasts generated from the customer data you provide. Also, the process of automating these tasks is smooth and easy for anyone to figure out.

When I tested HubSpot CRM, getting started was quick. Since the CRM is just one part of the platform, I clicked “Get Free CRM” and set up my account in minutes. You can sign up with your email or use Google SSO for an even faster process. Once inside, HubSpot asks for basic business details like job role, company size, and industry. After filling that out, I was ready to dive into the features—no complicated setup or waiting around.

Customizing CRM tools

I played around with HubSpot’s customization options, and there’s a lot of flexibility. You can tweak contact fields, add filters, and adjust tables to match your workflow. The deals page is just as customizable—I could create up to 50 different views and set quick actions to speed up tasks. However, I did notice that while the functionality is solid, there aren’t many built-in tools to enhance the visual layout of the CRM.

Excellent CRM with a few hiccups
