Entry package

The Entry package is free, excluding state filing fees. It includes business name verification, preparation and filing of formation documents, free digital storage, one year of registered agent service, basic customer support during business hours, a tax planning consultation, and a business credit and funding analysis.

Standard package

The Standard package is $399 plus state filing fees. It includes everything in the Entry package plus an operating agreement, record book and company seal, meeting minutes and resolutions, ownership certificates, EIN acquisition, and one year of INC Care success advisory services—which includes IRS audit support, tax and accounting help, business license assistance, lawsuit defense, payroll and funding advice, and banking guidance.

Executive package

The Executive package costs $499 plus state filing fees. It adds a business license report and a website domain on top of everything in the Entry and Standard packages.

Tycoon package

The Tycoon package is $799 plus state filing fees and includes express processing, business credit coaching, credit building tools, and D&B Credit Bureau registration, alongside all features from the lower tiers.

Registered agent service

All plans include free registered agent service for the first year. After the first year, this service renews at $199 per year.

Inc Authority offers support by phone during business hours from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. For email inquiries, they generally respond within one business day. Their website also features a detailed FAQ section and a blog with plenty of articles on business formation topics.

When I reached out through both their email and contact form, I received responses in the form of phone calls during business hours. I tried this three separate times, and each time they returned my inquiry with a call instead of a written reply.

Live Phone Conversation

When I called directly, my call was answered on the fourth ring. The agent was knowledgeable about my questions regarding branding and trademarks, although there were several upsell attempts during the conversation.

Overall Experience

Overall, I had a positive experience with their support channels, but I would have preferred to get direct email replies to my requests. Taking everything to a phone call created an extra step and gave more room for upsells.
