Customer Support
When it comes to its customer support, WordPress by IONOS is on top of it. They offer 24/7 support via telephone, email, or live chat. When I went to use their live chat for the first time, there was a message that there were no representatives currently available. I sent my message anyway and a representative answered after 17 minutes. Aside from that, they have a very detailed FAQ section and Help Center that covers a lot of topics.
If you call the support line and are already an WordPress by IONOS customer, you should have your IONOS ID ready for when a representative answers. Once you become a customer, you will be assigned a personal consultant for advice, tips to boost your online success, and technical support.
While I didn’t have the most positive experience with their online chat, it is helpful that they also have 24/7 phone and email support as well as a Help Center. Having a personal consultant for free once you become a customer is a great addition.

IONOS WordPress includes one free domain and a free SSL certificate for secure browsing with every 12-month WordPress plan. IONOS servers are ISO 27001 certified, and your data is mirrored in two centers for extra security. With geo-redundancy, your website stays live even during maintenance or outages. IONOS also provides malware and DDoS protection for added security.
Integrated blueprint tool
With this new tool, you can easily import your go-to theme and plugins from an existing WordPress site to a new one. With the dedicated plugin or WP-CLI commands, blueprints can be created and applied with ease.
WordPress Assistant
This is a really helpful plugin to help build your initial website. The WP Assistant suggests templates and more according to the purpose of your site.

WordPress by IONOS makes creating and managing your website easy. Once you log in to your IONOS account, go to Website and Stores. From there you will click the button to create a new website or store. For an easy setup, there is a 1-click installation. It will take you step-by-step to create your new website.
Once you assign your domain and the installation is successful you can start to manage and customize your website.
IONOS has a drag-and-drop builder and hundreds of customizable design templates, to make your website stand out. For even more customization, WordPress hosting plans are also available. For extra assistance, there is a WordPress Setup Assistant plugin that will suggest templates and more according to the purpose of your site. The setup is perfect for beginners and offers a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. There is a dashboard where you can manage all of your tasks.
