ChatGPT normally provides valuable information. When it comes to broad topics, there is less cause for concern. However, among academics and experts, the accuracy of generated content is an ongoing debate.
More conservative voices often refer to ChatGPT as a strong organizational tool or “research starter.” However, it’s not meant to consistently provide fully accurate information.
As the platform itself suggests, don’t immediately take the generated content at face value. It’s your responsibility to fact-check it and edit it as necessary.
For example, I’ve used ChatGPT extensively for personal use. In my conversations with it, it produces interesting insights and has been accurate, most of the time. But I’ve caught it making mistakes about historical facts (such as specific names) and other topics. It accepted my correction, but the point remains that you should take the disclaimer at face value. The same can’t be said of the generated content at this time.

But if you give it a specific prompt, the following content will consistently follow your instructions.

ChatGPT is very good at creating unique stories and expressions. But, the originality of its output will rely on the quality of the prompts to a large degree. Without more detailed prompts, it may recycle cliches to some extent. However, the potential for creativity is immense, with just a little bit of effort on the user’s part.

Even the free version’s GPT-3.5 is quite fast at generating content. Relative to other AI content writing tools, it can be slow at times. The speed largely depends on the server load. If too many people are using it, it can be slower to generate content.
