Tipalti doesn’t have a lot of customer service options, however, they provide a helpful live chat support option on their website. They also offer added-value video tutorials on their YouTube channel. If you require further assistance, customer support will also allow you to schedule a meeting with a specialist.
Phone Support
I called Tipalti’s phone support number, and I was sent to voicemail to leave a message with my question and my phone number. They also say that they will return your call within 30 minutes if you leave a message during business hours.
Live Chat
I contacted them via their website live chat option. If someone is available, the chat bot will direct you to a support representative to solve your question. However, if no one is available, then they will automatically email you to set up a time to speak with a representative.
Video Tutorials
Tipalti has a dedicated YouTube channel with great video content about the software features and how to use them. The videos offer added-value product walkthroughs, with easy to follow instructions.
Overall Experience
