Webflow Web Design Software's Offerings
Webflow offers eight plans broken down between Site Plans and Workspaces. For sites that don’t need e-commerce, there are the Starter, Basic, CMS, and Business plans. For e-commerce sites, there are the Standard, Plus, and Advanced plans.
Workspaces are broken into Starter, Core, and Growth for in-house teams and Starter, Freelancer, and Agency for freelancers & agencies.
There is also an Enterprise Plan option that’s tailored to the specific needs of your business. This requires contacting the sale steam.
Webflow allows you to begin building up to two sites for free, but you’ll be limited by two pages per, 500 visitors per month, and no custom domain.
All plans are paid monthly or annually for a discount and have a 14-day free trial.
Customer Support
Webflow’s customer support team is available 24/7 via chatbot. It does take some time to get to a live agent, and there are no phone support options at this time.
They also have a learning resource named Webflow University. This section contains a Couse Library, Lesson Library, FAQ, Blog, Forum, and Online Community.
Support Center
Their comprehensive support categories easily handle 90% of inquiries.
Email Support
I requested email support after being gently nudged through several support center categories. I received a clear reply a little over 10 hours from the time of my request.
Community
Webflow’s online community is a forum where users can connect with other creators, share ideas, give feedback and get the latest product updates. The community has over 75k members and offers multiple ways to get involved, from attending a live event to socializing within the platform.

Performance:
I used Webflow via 2 separate WiFi networks and had no issues with overall performance. The design functions updated quickly with little to no lag time. Adding, editing, changing, and saving components was near instantaneous.
Their Collaboration function allows for multiple users to work on the same project and includes an on-screen instant messenger. I did, however, experience a significant lag time during collaboration, and there seemed to be a general disconnect between the two parties.
Ease Of Use:
Initial sign-up and setup are quick and easy. You can start from scratch with a white canvas, choose from a template — some are free, but most start at $19 or use a preset which gives you a very basic layout.
Although Webflow has an intuitive design interface, those with a decent level of technical knowledge will have an easier time. How-to videos are also directly available from within your editor, so you can watch them as you’re making changes to your site.
Templates and Themes
Webflow offers 100+ templates to choose from.
Drag & Drop Editor
The drag & drop editor is responsive and has a CMS feel to it by comparison to other web designers.
Editing Code
Uniqueness:
Webflow grants you complete design control and fills the space between DIY software like Wix and Squarespace, traditional content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and actual front-end web development. Unlike any other website builder, Webflow guarantees an uptime of 99.9%— if they don’t reach it, they have to refund you.
Verdict:
While Webflow is easier to use with prior technical knowledge, it is worth learning. It’s a powerful tool that lets you create and host websites in a pinch without typing a single line of code. It has a wide range of site plans to fit any project and budget.
