HubSpot scheduling's Offerings
HubSpot offers four main pricing plans: Free, Marketing Hub Starter, Starter Customer Platform, and Marketing Hub Professional. For the paid versions, the starting cost is $20/user/month if you’re paying monthly or $15/user/mo if you’re paying annually and the free version is available for up to 2 users.
- Free Plan: Just as it sounds, the free version is $0/mo/user and can accommodate up to 2 users. While the features are limited, there is still a large selection, including free marketing tools, sales tools, service tools, and more.
- Marketing Hub Starter: This plan includes one user and starts at $20/mo/user or $15/year/user. Each additional user costs either $20/mo or $15/year. It is heavy on marketing features.
- Starter Customer Platform: This plan starts at $20/mo/user or $15/year/user and includes one user. For any additional user, it costs either $20/mo or $15/year. It includes everything in the Marketing Hub Starter plus more.
- Marketing Hub Professional: This is more comprehensive marketing software for automation, reporting, and campaigns. The HubSpot cost is $890/mo or $800/year, and this includes 3 users. Any additional user costs $50/mo or $45/mo, depending on your payment. This doesn’t include the required, one-time Professional Onboarding, which costs US$3,000.
HubSpot offers discount pricing for eligible startups and nonprofits through the HubSpot for Startups and HubSpot for Nonprofits programs. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with a 3-step process.
Customer Support
HubSpot offers a variety of customer support options depending on your account type. Free tools users and all View-only Seats users can access community support and the AI chat on the website. Starter accounts have access to community support, email, and chat support. Professional and Enterprise accounts have access to all the above options, plus phone support. To request a call or contact HubSpot directly, log into your account and select your country or call 1-888-HUBSPOT x3 (1-888-482-7768 x3), not all phone carriers allow toll-free dialing. Additionally, the website provides a blog, Knowledge Base, Academy, and developer document all open to the public.
Personal Experience of Customer Support
I reached out to the AI ChatBot on the website in regards to pricing plans. The bot asked me to provide as many details as possible about what I was looking for and then provided me with information about the best plan for my business. The conversation was very helpful and the response rate was within seconds. The one downside is that email is only available for paying customers. However, the chat seems sufficient, and they also provide a phone number for support.
Community:
The HubSpot community is large and active, with over 7000 members. Users come from all over the world and represent a variety of industries and job titles. Some are new to HubSpot, and others have been using it for years, making the community a mixture of experts in HubSpot and others who are still learning. This suggests that the community is a valuable resource for both beginners and experienced HubSpot users.
