QuickBooks offers customers a 30-day free trial to try out everything in the software.
Should you enjoy QuickBooks during the trial, you can upgrade to one of three plans. Each one charges $4 per employee per month on top of the base subscription price.
Customer Support
QuickBooks offers online chat and phone customer support 6 am – 6 pm PST during the week, and 6 am – 3 pm on Saturdays. Advanced plan users can access 24/7 support. Customer support is fairly responsive, although a few online have complained about reaching them.
