Leaders Merchant Services isn’t very transparent when it comes to its pricing. That’s because Leaders use independent agents to sell their merchant services. Each agent gets to set their own fees, so it depends on who sells it to you. However, that means you might be able to shop around a bit and even negotiate your pricing. Still, Leaders mandate a three-year contract. If you want to cancel, you have to pay the $250-$350 cancellation fee.

Verdict:
Leaders Merchant Services could be a good choice for some. The service itself could be great, but Leaders simply isn’t that transparent about pricing —not to mention the three-year contract with $250-$350 early cancellation fee. Overall, Leaders can work. However, there are more competitively priced (and less restrictive) merchant services options on the market.
