NetSuite Payroll Services's Offerings
I found that Netsuite pricing for SuitePeople Payroll is customized per business needs and not publicly available. It can vary depending on factors such as the number of employees, the level of support required, and additional modules or services added on.
To access NetSuite, users pay an annual licensing fee that comprises three primary elements: The core platform, optional modules, and the number of users. NetSuite SuitePeople Payroll is an optional add-on module that businesses can choose to incorporate into their NetSuite package.
Customer Support
As a product of NetSuite, SuitePeople offers 24hr support, 7 days per week through phone and email. They also have an on-screen chat feature.
Non-users must first consult with their Sales Department which is only available Monday – Friday; 8am to 5pm EST.
Chatbot
The NetSuite chatbot is readily available on the website but generally redirects the user to contact with the sales team during business hours.
Email Support
All contact form submissions and emails are answered within a few hours by a SuitePeople representative. They do, however, request a phone call to answer any questions.
Live Phone Conversation
My phone consultation with the SuitePeople Payroll Sales Team was pleasant and there were minimal upsell attempts. My call was answered on the 4th ring followed by a 30-second hold time.
Online Resources
The website has a searchable Resource Center that’s divided into Topics, Industries, and NetSuite’s solutions. These are searchable and comprehensive.
To connect with other users and receive guidance, NetSuite has an online community forum with almost 50k users.
NetSuite also has a dedicated YouTube Channel.
Overall Experience
My overall experience with their support was very positive. As with most payroll platforms, options are limited until the user completes the account setup process.

SuitePeople offers a full suite of HR tools including time and attendance management to help organizations track employee hours, manage paid time off, and handle time-off requests. It also assists with onboarding and offboarding features to help organizations manage the hiring and termination of employees.

Ease Of Use:

Setup
To utilize SuitePeople, the user must first activate a Netsuite account and complete the initial sign-up. SuitePeople can then be added as a module and requires:
●Business Tax ID/EIN – This will be verified by the NetSuite team
●Business Banking Information – This will be verified by the NetSuite team
●Business Mailing Address
The entire sign-up process takes less than 30 minutes and is simple so long as you gather the required information ahead of time.

Verdict:
NetSuite SuitePeople Payroll is best suited for mid-sized to large organizations that are looking for a powerful and flexible payroll solution that is integrated with the broader NetSuite platform. Its pricing plans may not be affordable for small businesses, however, for mid-sized to large organizations, the value provided by the software’s comprehensive features and integration with the broader NetSuite platform may be worth the investment.
