User Review
Write a Review- It's not the most intuitive experience to create reports and dashboards. Instead of going through a learning management system to learn how to use the product, there should be instructions built directly into it.
- Although the program has all the functionality I need, it is less user-friendly than other programs I have seen. I sometimes have to type my entire email because the program doesn't recognize names, and I don't know how to fix it. Users with good Excel skills would benefit from this program.
- You must follow rigid rules that are not always intuitive. Reports work, but you need to coordinate your thinking with the developers of the application. As a project management tool, Smartsheet works well but it could definitely be improved
