There are two Website Only plans and two Website + E-Commerce plans.

For entry-level, their Website Essentials plan starts at $4.95/mo billed annually (renews at $9.99/mo).

Their 2nd tier is their Business Essentials plan for $7.95/mo billed annually (renews at $19.99/mo) and includes a website and marketing tools.

Their most popular is the eCommerce Essentials plan, $13.95/mo billed annually (renews at $24.99/mo) and includes tools to begin selling online.

Finally, their eCommerce Premium plan is $19.95/mo billed annually (renews at $39.99/mo) and includes all available eCommerce options.

Web.com also offers a number of add-on services, such as e-commerce functionality, video production, and website maintenance, which can be added to any of their plans for an additional cost.

Customer support for Web.com is provided through their Help & Support section. Their primary means of contact is through their chatbot, which can be accessed from anywhere on the site. They also have a comprehensive library of articles and a dedicated Web.com YouTube channel.

Their Business Consultants can be reached via live chat support on Mon-Fri 8am-8pm ET. I was able to get to a live agent after a couple of questions from the AI. Outside of business hours, their AI chatbot is available 24/7.

I used Web.com’s builder on 3 separate wifi networks and did not experience any lag or performance issues. Load times were quick, and the editor interface didn’t get hung up at any point. See the Collaboration and Drag&Drop videos below to observe the performance.

Collaboration

Web.com allows for collaborators to be added to each project, but editing changes are not made in real-time. If two users are editing the same site, they have to alternate saving and refreshing their respective browsers to follow each change.
