The app works very well with any headset.
In other words, you can enable the 8x8 extension and by clicking the number, the 8x8 app will immediately make the call

Easy to utilize phone system
Using 8x8 advanced features, we are able to monitor users' call numbers, without needing a separate phone line
Dislike:
  • It sometimes has a slight delay, which is likely caused by the fact that it runs over data rather than cellular. Talking over each other can be frustrating when this happens
