Like most other PEO outfits, ADP’s pricing is not started anywhere on its website. This is because it offers custom pricing. Meaning the price quote offered will be dependent on the services needed by your company. However, for previous reviews, similar services range between $120 to $160 per employee per month.

ADP has one of the best customer support compared to other payroll services. Its customer support team is very responsive and pays attention to details. General Features

ADP is a complete PEO system with the tools and features all businesses look out for in a PEO company. These features stand out among many others. 

Payroll Processing 

With ADP, you can process payroll online, on the go. Once you input each employee’s work hours into the software, it automatically calculates their paycheck based on their hourly wage. It also calculates tax deductions, health benefits, and retirement contributions.  

Compliance Support

An additional service you will get by using ADP is a dedicated team of HR support that will give you advice on how to run your business without glitches. You’ll be advised on payroll, HR, compliance, and benefits issues. Also, you’ll be offered best practices on workplace safety consultation, a team for harassment and discrimination claims, HR process, and employee support.   

Payroll Taxes

An essential feature of ADP is the calculation of payroll taxes. Comprehensive payroll system
Everything needed in a good payroll system I can find with ADP. All documents, pay stubs, and W2s are easy to download/export from the dashboard.
Like:
  • Very to the point and great for managing HR related tasks.
Dislike:
  • The system occasionally glitches, but it is never a problem to edit times manually after.

Okay Provider overall
ADP is generally a good company to use at a company for payroll, reporting, having everything done electronically and streamlining processes. We also use ADP to integrate with some of our tools.
Dislike:
  • When you have a question about payroll or in general, ADP's support is terrible. Payroll can be stressful. Implementation support is also inadequate.

This is a very comprehensive product that allows us to accomplish our tasks. We were able to prepare payroll accurately and have HR-related information in one place.

  • Comparing this product to the previous one we used, it is more expensive.

A truly outstanding PEO
It is hard to find a company with better customer service than ADP. Payroll and benefits are handled by a representative assigned to us. We feel like our business is their sole concern. The team goes above and beyond whenever possible to ensure that I have all the information I need to lead my team. When they cannot be reached, their respective teams do well to assist.
Dislike:
  • Nothing I dislike thus far.

Intuitive PEO Provider
The website is easy to navigate. With everything in one place, you can manage your pay, benefits, and time off all at the same time. In comparison to other companies, ADP’s PEO service is very intuitive.
