However, you require high internet speed after setting up to access its features fully.

Although most tools require a long process to pull up reports and analytics, that’s not the case with Freshsales. Once you upload the necessary data, you can access the reports in a matter of seconds.

Automation

Instead of performing repetitive tasks, Freshsales helps you automate your sales process, reports, and forecasts. Although Freshsales offers an impressively easy automation setup, it jas lapses in certain needed CRM automation, including:

Freshsales allows you to effectively manage contacts and accounts with ease. You can customize the table of your contact management system to include up to 50 fields including name, display picture, open deals amount, emails, work and many more. All you have to do is click on the different fields to include your most preferred options to the table.

Managing accounts on Freshsales helps you track a business or organization’s deals and interactions using a single platform. You can also customize the fields to determine the information you want to be visible to all. Overall, I'm very pleased
Simply does its job and well. You can easily see now which stage of the sales process each client is in. It can also be accessed from more than just a computer.
Like:
  • The email feature is amazing. I'm also able to prioritize deals that are soon to close. This segmentation/automation option saves me lots of time sorting and tracking.
Dislike:
  • I wish the Sales Activities report feature was offered with all plans, can be costly
