TriNet PEO's Offerings
TriNet has a very simplified pricing system where it charges companies per employee. A customized and specific amount is given to you based on the services you request for.
Also, the company will not force you into buying a long-term contract. Instead, contract will be created based on your requirement, and payment can be completed on a recurrent basis. Perhaps you feel there’s a need to cancel your plan, all you need is a 30 days written notice, and it will be cancelled if your employees are less than 150. For more than 150 employees, you may have to incur a cancellation fee.
Even though TriNet pricing and policy are flexible, its features are bundled. So, with every package you buy, you can enjoy everything that they offer, including employee benefits, HR, access to payroll, risk mitigation, and a technology platform. Bundles like this are good for users to have a full service experience.
Customer Support
Like every other PEO, TriNet also offers customer support services to its users. Listed below are the ways you can reach out to the sales team at TriNet.

User Review

- The number of times I have needed assistance has always been someone available to help. For the most part, TriNet runs itself.
- I've never felt more organised and on top of payroll, onboarding and my expenses.
- Reporting and analytics is poor, needs improvement
