As of this review, there is an offer on the homepage for 6 months of free payroll services. When I clicked the link, I was prompted to submit my information into a form to be contacted by a representative. For purposes of this review, I skipped this step and created a new Paychex account.

Creating an account was straightforward, but there was a delay due to site maintenance. The setup process took about 30 minutes and required my company banking information, tax IDs, as well as full information on each of my employees. The steps were easy to follow and I was not allowed to advance until properly completing each one.

Worked good for me, no complaints

Overall they just were able to help me start to finish to help my boss handle payroll. I found them to just make it click n play type of thing, where there wasnt much guess work. All said, it allowed us to scale faster as manual payroll takes forever, it really does. So we doubled our workload, in part due to paychex automoation processes. They even help with the tax parts and make it stress free. I don't prefer them to have us on the monthly subscription for the HR stuff, as i do that, but i can see how that would be valuable to a bigger company.
