While there was no team member to handle my complaint, there was a live bot that offered suggestions, although it was insufficient for the question I asked. Once the team member got my message, I got 3 follow-up messages that showed concern and an eagerness to help me easily navigate the platform. Afterwards, all the responses were swift and direct.

It takes around 2 minutes for you to successfully set up an account with Pipedrive. Also, as long as you’ve prepared your customer data beforehand, importing data takes 1 minute to finish.

You can leverage the samples this software provides to make your data properly suited for the software.

Automation

Using the automation features on Pipedrive is seamless. This software already has templates you can use to create a workflow in about 30 seconds. However, if you also want to create a workflow from scratch, Pipedrive helps you go through it with ease.

With this software, you can gain leads, leverage prebuilt templates, and automate actions to facilitate growth and provide better customer experiences. However, this software only offers a 14-day free trial; afterward, you’ll no longer have access to its tools.

I had to spend long hours on the platform before figuring it out. Luckily, there’s a tour and short video before you try out a new feature. This made the process seamless. Pipedrive helps businesses focus on other operations by helping them save time and boost efficiency.

Affordable, feature-rich, and easy
Onboarding for new software is often make or break and Pipedrive has done a wonderful job of it. It allows you to get started quickly and there are a lot of additional resources to take advantage of.

The best out there
This is one of my favorite CRMs and I happily recommend it to all of my clients. Yes, it has many useful features but I like it so much because it has many third-party integrations.
