The next tier is the Small Business Plus plan for 99/mo, which includes increased document reviews, calls, debt collection letters, and IRS audit services. It also includes additional pre-trial work hours and up to 3 designated users.

Finally, their Small Business Pro Plan for $169/mo includes all features of Essentials & Plus with increased work hours and up to 5 designated users.

For an extra $14.95/month, you’ll get the Business Plus Supplement offering professional consulting help on how to run your business better, access to a library of business forms, an easy-to-use website builder, and a customer tool that helps build client engagement.

LegalShield offers customer support vis phone during their business hours from Monday- Friday, 8am – 6pm Central time or Sunday, from 10am-7pm Central time. For email inquiries, they typically reply within one business day. The site also features blog articles and a comprehensive FAQ section.

Overall Experience

My experience with customer support was mostly positive in that I had to take further action regarding the email follow-up. Aside from that, the only drawback is their limited hours of availability.
