MyCorporation offers four service packages. Each one has a list of features that come standard for that price point, and all features included in higher-priced packages are also available as add-ons for the lower-priced packages. They’re one of the only formation services that charge a separate shipping fee of $34 on top of the prices listed below.

The Basic plan is $99 plus state fees and includes Articles of Incorporation and Name Availability Search.

Next up is the Standard plan for $124 plus state fees. This has the features of the Basic plan plus, Bylaws, Minutes, Waivers, and Annual Report service.

Their 3rd plan is the Deluxe for $224 plus state fees. This plan includes all of the prior plus one year of Registered Agent services. This renews for $120 after the first year.

Finally, their Premium plan for $324 plus state filing fee includes all prior features and one year of their MaintainMyBiz service. This is a feature that’s exclusive to MyCorporation, and it includes up to four document filings or business accessories within one year of your formation.

With this feature, you get your choice of a corporate seal, S corp election, amendment, stock certificates, membership certificates, corporate minutes and bylaws, LLC operating agreement, doing business as (DBA) name, foreign qualification, certified copies, apostille, dissolution, reinstatement, and certificate of good standing

Rush filing can be added to any of the packages for an extra $100 (plus state fee), but again there is no specific time estimate or guarantee.

MyCorporation offers customer support via phone during their business hours from Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Pacific Time. For email inquiries, they typically reply within one business day. The site features a Learning Center with easy-to-use help categories and a library of articles covering each business formation topic. They also have a comprehensive FAQ section.

Although only available during business hours, my phone call was answered on the 2nd ring, and the agent was knowledgeable regarding my request for information on branding and trademarks. There were also several upsell attempts during the call.

Overall Experience

My experience with their support options was positive, although limited to their business hours. I would have also preferred a return email instead of multiple phone calls in response to my submissions.

As with most competitors, MyCorporation provides a wide variety of additional services to help entrepreneurs form, maintain, and grow their businesses. Aside from their comprehensive Learning Center and ongoing customer support, they offer sales tax registration, LLC Kit, DBAs, Foreign Qualification, Certificates of Good Standing, Amendments, and dissolutions.

MyCorporation is a good choice if you need more than incorporating documents and a registered agent. If you have the budget, few other companies offer a similar breadth of services. While the company offers excellent customer experience and optional extras, their prices are higher than most competitors, especially when you factor in the shipping fee.
