However, this 100% trial only applies if you’re making an annual commitment. This doesn’t leave out users with a preference for monthly packages though.

With the monthly package, you get to experience Webador at $0 per month over the next 3 months. That’s a huge bargain compared to what’s obtainable in the website builder industry. At the end of the 3-month trial, users will be required to continue with their chosen plan at the regular rate shown in the table below.

Webador is a relatively modern website builder. Its customer support options reflect its modernity. People are more comfortable connecting over emails and social media these days than they do with phone calls. So, Webador doesn’t offer the phone option as one of its support channels. Nevertheless, I think having phone support could be really useful for users that prefer to talk –rather than text– about their challenges. In addition to not offering phone support, Webador doesn’t have a live chat option which is a pretty common industry practice. However, given my experience with the brand, I might argue that the brand’s social media DMs would suffice. Here is my fairly detailed experience with Webador support.

Email Support

Webador’s email support option comes with a simple contact form that routes the values of the form fields to the team via email. After submitting the form, I received an instant confirmation email, letting me know that the team was only available to answer emails during weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Central European Time). With the constraining timezone, doesn’t seem to me that they are catering to a very global target market at the moment, but being the youngest player in the website builder market, there’s room for growth. Not to mention, they did respond to my email not long after the start of their Monday. So yeah, they do keep to time. Impressive!

Social media community

Webador’s social media handles don’t exactly scream “active.” Their Twitter page is nonexistent and they only have over a thousand followers on Instagram and Facebook. They aren’t doing very well on Pinterest and YouTube either.

Site & Page Speed

After building and publishing my website, I ran a quick page performance check using a web page test tool. Here’s the speed test result of my Webador-powered website that scored 3.94 seconds on the page speed index, with the largest content on the website taking 3.9 seconds to load completely.

Upon evaluating the website using PageSpeed Insights, it scored 60 for performance. While this score indicates room for improvement, it does not necessarily indicate poor performance. However, it does highlight areas where optimizations can be made to enhance the user experience, particularly on mobile devices. Examples of improvements or recommendations are things such as compressing and optimizing images, implementing responsive design or enabling browser caching.

Webador offers a 99.99% uptime guarantee to its users. So far, my experience has been well in sync with their uptime promise.

So far, it’s a huge value for the money. As they continue to develop the builder, I’m confident that users will enjoy more features and performance perks.
