Weebly Review

Chat Support

Weebly has a support chatbot available on each page of the site. After a few questions, I asked to be connected to a live agent.

Email Support

After requesting a live agent via chatbot, I was prompted to send an email request. My email was sent outside of business hours, and a reply was received 2 business days later. The agent replying to my request seemed to have some difficulty answering what I considered to be a fairly straightforward question:

Phone Support

I called Weebly’s customer service number and was fielded by an automated system before reaching a live agent. They are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm Pacific Time.

Community

Weebly’s community support is through the Square Seller Community Forum. It's divided into topics where users can ask questions of each other.

Drag & Drop Editor

Weebly’s drag & drop editor is flexible and intuitive. Edits were updated instantaneously without any lag. This video shows some basic editing:

Lag

Collaboration

Weebly allows you to add additional users to your site editor but does not offer real-time collaboration. Multiple users attempting to edit the same site receive an on-screen warning and are not allowed into the interface at the same time. Click the video for details:
